(Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) * Free shipping does not qualify for international orders Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards). Credits applied to Bill Me Later accounts may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your statement (up to one full billing cycle). Credits issued to PayPal account should reflect on your account immediately, but according to PayPal, it could still take up to 30 days for you to receive your funds.
